The next\u00a0morning, after\u00a0breakfast,\u00a0we continue to the beautiful\u00a0city\u00a0of Chefchaouen, the\u00a0fortress of the\u00a0Rif mountains and the most beautiful\u00a0small\u00a0town in Morocco. DAY 4: CHEFCHAOUEN \u2013 VOLUBILIS \u2013 MEKNES \u2013 FES<\/h3>\n
After breakfast, we\u00a0head\u00a0to Volubilis\u00a0to\u00a0explore the ruins of\u00a0the\u00a0Roman city. You will visit the holy city of Moulay Idriss, a place of pilgrimage\u00a0for\u00a0all\u00a0Moroccans. Then\u00a0you will continue to Meknes where you will explore the\u00a0medina\u00a0of Meknes with its beautiful\u00a0tomb\u00a0of Moulay Ismail,\u00a0Granary\u00a0and Sahrij\u00a0Souani\u00a0used for irrigation and\u00a0plantations, Lehdim square\u00a0and Bab al\u00a0Mansour gate.\u00a0You will have the opportunity to explore the souks and relax in one of the Square\u00a0cafes. Then\u00a0we continue\u00a0to\u00a0Fez. Accommodation\u00a0in\u00a0a traditional Riad including\u00a0the guest room.<\/p>\n
Day 5: Explore Fez with a local guide<\/h3>\n
After breakfast, you will have\u00a0a\u00a0local guide\u00a0to discover\u00a0the hidden gems of Fez and make you go deeper and deeper\u00a0into the\u00a0old\u00a0medina of Fez,\u00a0you will\u00a0see\u00a0the medina\u00a0That\u00a0and the famous\u00a0souks\u00a0of Fes\u00a0– narrow cobbled\u00a0streets filled with ancient mosques and\u00a0imposing\u00a0green-glazed\u00a0minarets…\u00a0You will visit the most beautiful palaces and monuments of Fes. The tour will include\u00a0visits\u00a0to\u00a0tanneries\u00a0and\u00a0ceramic cooperatives\u00a0to see traditional Moroccan\u00a0craftsmanship. Day 6: FES \u2013 IFRANE \u2013 MERZOUGA Sahara Desert.<\/h3>\n
After breakfast, we drive to\u00a0“Moroccan Switzerland”\u00a0Ifrane and Azrou\u00a0via\u00a0the Middle Atlas\u00a0mountains “Tizi\u00a0n\u00a0t’lghamt pass”.\u00a0During\u00a0the\u00a0trip, we will stop\u00a0at many places\u00a0to take\u00a0photos\u00a0and have lunch in\u00a0Midert,\u00a0then we\u00a0will\u00a0continue\u00a0to visit the\u00a0Ziz\u00a0Valley, the\u00a0city of Errachidia, Erfoud, after\u00a0reaching\u00a0the heart of\u00a0the\u00a0Sahara\u00a0desert in Morocco, Merzouga there\u00a0you have\u00a0a little\u00a0rest\u00a0and\u00a0then\u00a0get on\u00a0your\u00a0camel, go deep into\u00a0the desert. DAY 7: MERZOUGA \u2013 RISSANI \u2013 TODRA GORGES \u2013 DADES VALLEY<\/h3>\n
Early in the morning, your camel guide will wake you up to watch perhaps the best sunrise of your life. You will then head to Rissani where we will visit the market of Rissani, a traditional town which was the cradle of the ruling family of Morocco and a meeting place for caravans trading to Timbuktu, Mali. Here you will see many hooded men and veiled women as you continue towards the Todra Gorge – the highest and narrowest canyon in Morocco. After lunch in the heart of the canyon, we cross the Dades Valley where you will see majestic sandcastles and amazing rock formations called “monkeys”. Accommodation for the night will be in a luxury hotel overlooking the Dades Valley.<\/p>\nDay 8: Dades Valley \u2013 Ouarzazate \u2013 AIT BEN HADDOU \u2013 High Atlas Mountains \u2013 Marrakech.<\/h3>\n
After breakfast\u00a0at\u00a0the hotel,\u00a0start\u00a0the day by visiting the\u00a0magnificent\u00a0rock formations of\u00a0the\u00a0dades\u00a0canyon. Then\u00a0drive along\u00a0Rose Valley\u00a0to Kalaa\u00a0M’gouna\u00a0and\u00a0Skoura, arrive in Oarzazate\u00a0known as\u00a0African\u00a0Hollywood and stop\u00a0at Atlas Cinema Studio. Then head\u00a0to the\u00a0“Kasbah Ait Benhaddou”, a\u00a0UNESCO\u00a0World Heritage Site\u00a0since 1986. Ait Benhaddou Kasbah is one of\u00a0the\u00a0natural\u00a0settings of\u00a0many movies\u00a0like “Alexander,\u00a0Gladiator,\u00a0Tower of Babel…”\u00a0and have lunch\u00a0at\u00a0a local restaurant. In the\u00a0afternoon,\u00a0we will drive to the red city of\u00a0Marrakech, arriving in\u00a0Marrakech\u00a0via\u00a0the Tizi\u00a0N’tichka\u00a0pass (2260 m\u00a0above sea level)\u00a0and\u00a0dropping you\u00a0off\u00a0at\u00a0your\u00a0accommodation.<\/p>\n
Day 9: Full day tour of Marrakech with a local guide.<\/h3>\n
We will visit the most important cultural and historical heritage. You will have the opportunity to explore<\/p>\n
the Saadine Tomb, the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Mosque (Tower). In addition, our guide will take you to visit the Plaza de Bahia, the souk of the city, then you will go to the famous square of the Medina, where you will see and learn about the charming snake charmer, “interesting workshops”, Some professionals or humorous people tell fantastic and beautiful jokes. In the afternoon you will have free time to walk around and explore the rest of the city on your own.<\/p>\n
