After\u00a0meeting\u00a0at\u00a0our\u00a0agreed\u00a0place. We\u00a0will\u00a0start\u00a0our tour\u00a0from Rabat where\u00a0we will visit the Kasbah of\u00a0Udaya\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0Hassan\u00a0Tower in\u00a0Meknes, another important imperial city\u00a0of\u00a0Morocco. We will also visit the famous Bab El\u00a0Mansour Gate,\u00a0Moulay Ismail Mausoleum and Sahrij\u00a0Souani before continuing\u00a0to Fez.\u00a0Night\u00a0in\u00a0hotel\u00a0or\u00a0riad.<\/p>\n
After breakfast, we drive to\u00a0“Moroccan Switzerland”\u00a0Ifrane and Azrou\u00a0via\u00a0the Middle Atlas\u00a0mountains “Tizi\u00a0n\u00a0t’lghamt pass”.\u00a0During\u00a0the\u00a0trip, we will stop\u00a0at many places\u00a0to take\u00a0photos\u00a0and have lunch in\u00a0Midert,\u00a0then we\u00a0will\u00a0continue\u00a0to visit the\u00a0Ziz\u00a0Valley, the\u00a0city of Errachidia, Erfoud, after\u00a0reaching\u00a0the heart of\u00a0the\u00a0Sahara\u00a0desert in Morocco, Merzouga there,\u00a0you have\u00a0a little rest,\u00a0then\u00a0get on\u00a0your\u00a0camel, go deep into\u00a0the desert. After sunrise and breakfast, you will\u00a0return\u00a0to\u00a0your\u00a0hotel in\u00a0Merzouga,\u00a0where you will\u00a0meet\u00a0your driver.\u00a0You will then head\u00a0to\u00a0Rissani where\u00a0we will visit the\u00a0market of Rissani,\u00a0a traditional town which was the\u00a0cradle\u00a0of the ruling family\u00a0of\u00a0Morocco and\u00a0a\u00a0meeting place\u00a0for caravans\u00a0trading\u00a0to Timbuktu,\u00a0Mali. Here you will see\u00a0many hooded\u00a0men and\u00a0veiled\u00a0women\u00a0as you continue towards the\u00a0Todra\u00a0Gorge –\u00a0the\u00a0highest and\u00a0narrowest\u00a0canyon\u00a0in Morocco. After lunch in the heart of the\u00a0canyon, we cross\u00a0the Dades\u00a0Valley\u00a0where\u00a0you will\u00a0see majestic\u00a0sandcastles\u00a0and amazing rock formations\u00a0called “monkeys”. Accommodation for the night\u00a0will be in a\u00a0luxury\u00a0hotel overlooking the Dades\u00a0Valley.<\/p>\n
After breakfast\u00a0at\u00a0the hotel,\u00a0we will visit\u00a0the\u00a0magnificent\u00a0rock formations of\u00a0the\u00a0dades\u00a0canyon to start the day. Then\u00a0drive along\u00a0Rose Valley\u00a0to Kalaa\u00a0M’gouna\u00a0and\u00a0Skoura, arrive in Oarzazate\u00a0known as\u00a0African\u00a0Hollywood and stop\u00a0at Atlas Cinema Studio. Then head\u00a0to the\u00a0“Kasbah Ait Benhaddou”, a\u00a0UNESCO\u00a0World Heritage Site\u00a0since 1986. Ait Benhaddou Kasbah is one of\u00a0the\u00a0natural\u00a0settings of\u00a0many movies\u00a0like “Alexander,\u00a0Gladiator,\u00a0Tower of Babel…”\u00a0and have lunch\u00a0at\u00a0a local restaurant. In the\u00a0afternoon,\u00a0we will\u00a0head towards\u00a0the red city of\u00a0Marrakech,\u00a0passing through the Tizi\u00a0N’tichka\u00a0pass\u00a0(2260m above sea level).
